Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is onlyapplicable to any item(s) purchased online through fygostore.com.

·      Allreturned item(s) must be returned to FYGO STORE within 14 days of receiving theitem(s).

·      Noreturns will be accepted or entertained after 14 days.

·      Pleasemake sure the item(s) is in original condition.

·      Afinal inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their originalcondition before processing your returns.

·      Returnsthat do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you atyour cost.

·       If you are returning anitem from an order that came with a free Gift with Purchase (GWP) and the valueof the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, theredeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, additionalcharges will be incurred based on the market value of the GWP.

·      In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns nor refunds onexceptions / non-returnable items unless they are defective or the wrong itemwas sent.

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 

To Return & Refund youritem(s) that is defective or mis-shipped, kindly follow the steps below and ourcustomer service team will assist you with the returns process.

STEP 1

 

Snap photo(s) or video(s) of the item(s) that clearly shows the reason for return (damage, defect, missing parts, etc.)

 

STEP 2

Email us at infofygostore@gmail.com with the subject title: Return Request – “Your Order Number”

 

STEP 3

Pack and post the item(s). We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. FYGO STORE will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel.

 

STEP 4

You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us. Further instructions will be provided in the email.

To check on your return status, kindly email us and our customer service team will assist you with the return’s status.

Once we have received the returned item(s), a quality check will beconducted to ensure that the item(s) is in good condition and comply with ourrefund policy. This may take up to 2 working days.

 

After the return has been approved, a refund will be made to yourpayment service provider within 14 working days. Once we have processedyour refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

 

*Please note that your refund will take up to 21 working days if you have madeyour purchase during our online sales period.

 

Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment service provider directly for further information.

 

Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the returned item is defective or mis-shipped. The refund will be issued by FYGOSTORE.COM to your original payment method.

 

We seek your understanding for delayed refund due to special events (i.e., online sales).

1. FYGO STORE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns or refunds (“Returns”). You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected item(s) to you.

 2. All risks in shipping the item(s) to FYGO STORE shall be borne by you. FYGO STORE shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.

3. Should your preferred refund method not be indicated during the Returns process, you shall be refunded by your original payment method.

4. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.

4. FYGO STORE shall not be responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.

5.  Our Returns policies do not cover item(s) used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by FYGO STORE, or if the item(s) has been modified in a manner not authorized by FYGO STORE.

 

6. FYGO STORE makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
